Common Buyer Questions
How fast is delivery to my site in the Netherlands?
Standard containers in stock at our Rotterdam depot are delivered within 2 to 4 business days nationwide. Urgent expedited deliveries can also be coordinated upon request.
Do I need my own crane for offloading?
No. We typically dispatch specialized crane trucks (kraanwagens). The truck driver lifts the container directly off the chassis and sets it down precisely parallel to the truck on your prepared level ground.
Can I collect the container myself from your depot?
Yes. You or your chosen carrier can collect directly from Bunschotenweg 145, 3089KB Rotterdam. We will issue a release reference PIN, and our terminal reach stacker will load your chassis with zero loading fees.
What does "Wind and Watertight" (WWT) mean?
Every WWT container is tested to ensure it is 100% leak-proof. The double-door rubber seals are intact and tight, the steel panels have zero holes, and your stored goods remain dry, clean, and pest-free.
How do you handle B2B invoicing and EU VAT?
Dutch domestic B2B invoices include itemized 21% BTW. For corporate buyers in other EU member states (e.g. Belgium or Germany) with a valid VIES number, we apply 0% intra-community reverse-charge (ICP) with compliant CMR transport proof.
