• Contact Information: First and last name, business name, email address, phone number, and correspondence address.
• Delivery & Logistics Data: Site delivery address, postal code, recipient contact person, site access requirements, and crane offloading parameters.
• Financial & Billing Information: VAT/BTW number, billing address, bank account/IBAN details (for SEPA wire transfers or refunds), and payment confirmations.
• Technical & Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral URLs collected via functional cookies.

3 Legal Basis & Purpose for Processing

Under Article 6 of the GDPR (AVG), we process your data based on one or more of the following lawful grounds:

• Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): To calculate container quotes, process orders, organize crane logistics, deliver containers, and execute storage or leasing agreements.
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with Dutch statutory tax, administrative, and accounting laws (e.g., retaining invoices for the Dutch Tax Administration / Belastingdienst).
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): To maintain website security, prevent fraud, optimize our service offerings, and communicate with commercial clients.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): When you opt-in to analytical/marketing cookies or explicit electronic newsletters (which you may revoke at any time).

4 Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, lease, or monetize your personal data. We only disclose necessary information to trusted third-party service providers who assist our operations under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

• Transport & Crane Logistics Partners: Delivery address and on-site contact details are shared with certified freight carriers strictly for delivery and offloading.
• Payment & Financial Institutions: Banks and licensed payment service providers for the execution of transactions.
• IT & Cloud Infrastructure: Secure web hosting, email server providers, and form processors (Forminator) with servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Government & Legal Authorities: Disclosed only when legally mandated by Dutch law, court order, or regulatory authorities.

5 Data Retention Periods

We retain your personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• General Inquiries: Inquiries submitted via our contact form are retained for up to 12 months following resolution.
• Sales & Contract Records: Customer details, sales agreements, and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with the mandatory statutory retention period under Article 52 of the Dutch State Taxes Act (Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen).
